Kanala lost her mother at an early age. Ralla was walking through the woods hunting when she found the child, around 6 years old, and her mother in a camp. The mother was friendly enough but also very hesitant, stating that the child was important and they could not stay around for long. They had to keep moving. Sadly, during the conversation, the camp was attacked by a rapid flurry of arrows, from an archer on a far off ridge. The child's mother was killed. Ralla fired back but did not kill the assassin. She DID however, see his armor. Rusty and old, with a strong orange tinge to it. .
Ralla brought the child back to Bellaria. She found out that her name was "Kanala" which was a take on the name for the Shyeri eternal arena and afterlife, Ka'Nah'La. Ralla found this surprising and intriguing, but no matter. She raised her as her own daughter. As such, she was trained in combat by the maidens; Ralla was going to be sure that when it was the child's time for vengeance, if she so chose that path, she would be ready. She was good with a wide number of weapons but leaned toward the bow most. Her heritage, whatever it was, gave her slightly larger eyes than most, and she used it to an archer's full advantage. Sometimes if she did well in her bow training, her instructor Rolaryn, an emerald maiden, would let her hold Swiftwind, her bow. Kanala always got very excited when she held it, feeling the power it held, waiting for the chance to have her own magic bow.
Like the others on Bellaria, Kanala was raised with the tales of the three fists -Krenah, Alarra, and Xamirra; Shyeri warriors that were so fast and strong it was legendary, Even more legendary were the tales of their weapons, powerful items that were said to have the ability to fell even the best warriors. The weapons were kept hidden in small temples and forts throughout the mainland of Skyrim and Solstheim for many years.
Kanala is now twenty cycles old, and she is setting out on ther path to vengeance. She remembers little, but remembers the figure...and she definitely remembers the armor, almost orange from the rust that covered it. Ralla has given her supplies and the location of the first temple, not too far from Whiterun. It is here where she hopes to find the first weapon, while her friends Constantia and Volarra scout to try and locate the other two. With the three weapons, she hopes to fortify her position of strength while also finding information that will lead her to her mother's killer... and her vengeance.
To start this quest, find the tower of Krenha. It is east of whiterun and south of the stone, next to a military camp. Kanala will be waiting for you. ORRRRR
