As I frequently visited the small village of Ivarstead, I noticed that there is not a general trader in town. I never quite understood why Bethesda didn't have at least one trader per settlement, but regardless I decided to make my own. This was originally just a mod for myself but I figured I may as well upload it here so others could benefit from it as well. The merchant is just a simple merchant using vanilla voice assets and a basic general trader chest. His shop is located to the south of town, just before you cross the bridge into Ivarstead. Like other vanilla shopkeepers, his store will be open from 8 in the morning until 6 at night.
