Adds a custom modeled and textured weapon to Skyrim.

Adds a new 2H greataxe/battleaxe to the game.
Find it in the Volhikar Undercroft in the same room as the spider.
It does fire damage during the day from 6a to 6p and deals frost damage from 6p to 6a.
Diffuse are all 4K. Normals and speculars vary between 1k and 2k to save space. Uncompressed, the source textures are about 1.2GB so I wasn't going to do that for a single weapon.
