This addon for Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM by Brumbek enables parallax for a classic mod that many consider to be a baseline for their games, including me. It adds depth and shadows to the small details in SMIM. It also has support for SMIM Improvement Mod by Novelyst, SMIM Quality Addon by Pfuscher, and Noble Furniture SMIMed by wSkeever.
This mod contains both parallax textures and the meshes necessary to enable parallax for everything in SMIM that can support it.
Load this right after SMIM in your load order. If you use SMIM Improvement Mod, Quality Addon, or Noble Furniture Addon, load it after those too.

Details & Additional Information
This mod contains both parallax textures and the meshes necessary to enable parallax for everything in SMIM that can support it.
Installation
- Ensure that you have installed the original SMIM mod, as this addon requires it. Check and install the other requirements, for that matter!
- Install this mod with your favorite mod manager, or copy the files to your Skyrim Special Edition\Data folder.
- Ensure that you have Complex Parallax + Shadows enabled in your enbseries.ini (If you are an ENB user) or that you have Complex Parallax Materials installed (if you are a Community Shaders user).
- You should be good to go, open the game and play!
Load Order
Load this right after SMIM in your load order. If you use SMIM Improvement Mod, Quality Addon, or Noble Furniture Addon, load it after those too.
My load order is:
- SMIM
- SMIM Quality Addon
- SMIM Improvement Mod
- Noble Skyrim HD
- SMIM - Noble Furniture Addon
- SMIM - Complex Parallax Addon
