      Currently it is, Since I don't know how to Create Better Textures and Script for a a Possible Explosive Dynamite

      Strange, I just copied my file from Skyrim over to SSE. I guess it doesn't carry over files?

      No, it doesn't carry files, since usually you have to do some sort of porting process on them to make them work properly in the new game (saving the esp in the Creation Kit, etc).
