To change one of the settings made by this mod: Navigate to ...\Skyrim Special Edition\ Data folder and open Centered 3rd-Person Camera SSE.ini using Notepad or any other non-formatting text editor. Change the setting, save and quit. Done.
This mod contains no scripts or anything else that could impact game performance- it adds 9 lines that are only read once per gaming session, at game launch.

 if you dont want to download (but I think you should) you can follow my instructions below to edit your INI File:
HERES THE TUTORIAL TO EDIT YOUR INI FILE
it takes less than 2 minutes

This Mod/INI Edit allows you to center your sheathed 3rd person view. Its way better than the over the shoulder view that the vanilla game uses. This just tweaks and adds the camera option in the skyrim special edition and normal edition of skyrim.

Just follow my instructions Below:
1-First Go to Documents
2-Then go to My Games
3-Then Click Skyrim Special Edition (or Skyrim)
4-Then Click "Skyrim.ini" (NOT SkyrimPrefs.ini)
5-Scroll all the way down and copy and paste below everything

[this one is a lil to the right it fixes the bug moving the view to the left sometimes but its not the exact center)

[Camera]
fOverShoulderCombatAddZ=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddX=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=20.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosZ=-15.0000
fOverShoulderPosY=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosX=1.5000

(or)

[Which is exact center but camera may move to the right or left a lil bit]

[Camera]
fOverShoulderCombatAddZ=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddX=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=20.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosZ=-15.0000
fOverShoulderPosY=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosX=0.0000

6- Go to "File" at the top right and click "Save As" Overwrite the skyrim.ini folder
7- Your are Done

NOTE: There is a small bug that the camera moves a little to the left or right for some reason its not that big of a deal and i dont know why it does that but oh well what can you do, ive tried fixing it but it wouldnt work. Ive uploaded a mod for nmm but it may not work since im pretty sure you need skse to edit files like that i think.. But none the less heres a nice tutorial to help you guys out!

PS. You can change these options for yourself if you want to make it how you like.

I made this because i couldnt find anything on how to do this. Ive looked everywhere. It works great for ENB's and just fits alot better than the over the shoulder look. BIG Thanks to Vyxenne for making it work with NMM
