Adds snow to interior cities by using CK and Mesh changes. Now there isn't an immersion break every time you enter a city with a winter mod.
Cities edited are Riften, Whiterun, Markarth, Solitude.
This was made because changes to cities was missing in Climates of Tamriel, or something in my modlist was editing those changes.

Found out directional snow was making certain window's in riften lose their textures and appear blue in game. Removed the changes to these buildings.
You can see the error in the third image.
1.2 same problem as above, but with four buildings in markarth. fixed by making them less snowy.
