Playing unarmored and wish there were more base unenchanted clothing options at the ready? Well Skyrim already comes with over 160 clothing assets and creation club content add another 35. But unfortunately some of these options are unenchantable, unplayable, or worse yet, unobtainable all together. So this mod aims to takes all of these clothing items and add crafting recipes to allow the player fair access to all possible options.
Features
Crafting recipes for ALL of Skyrim's clothing assets including unique NPC robes, Jarl clothing, quest items, faction items, unused resources, etc.
All crafted clothing comes unenchanted and is valued comparable to similar items. Wear what you want. Enchant it how you want.
All hoods are separated from robes into their own distinct clothing item for increased mix-and-match possibilities.
Added clothing versions of select armor pieces that could also just as easily pass as clothing.
Added additional meshes for some items (bandages, blindfold, wedding wreath and sandals, and various boots) so they are playable by all genders and races.
A new crafting station, the Fabric Loom, consolidates all the clothing recipes introduced here so as not to clutter up other crafting station menus (and add a touch of realism). However there is an option to craft using the Tanning Rack instead if desired.
Looms are located in all the major cities: Whiterun (Dragonreach), Riften (Haelga's Bunkhouse), Markarth (Arnleif and Son's Trading Company), Windhelm (New Gnisis CornerClub), Solitude (The Blue Palace), and Raven Rock (The Retching Netch).
Loom stations are thoughtfully placed and feature some new clutter for added decoration. The idea is that these looms represent actual work stations and are not just dropped haphazardly into the game.
Recipes use a light crafting frame work that consists of 3 tiers of fabric and 2 tiers of colored pigment, all of which can be crafted from vanilla Skyrim items.
Fabric can be crafted at the Fabric Loom using tundra cotton for cotton, animal hides for wool, and more rare and exotic ingredients for silk.
Pigment is crafted at any Cooking Pot and comes in 9 colors (white, black, brown, red, yellow, blue, green, purple, and orange) and two tiers (common and fine).
Split support for the vanilla base game and Creation Club content. The main esp file has zero CC dependencies. The AE addon esp now contains all the CC support.
Compatibility Should be compatible with everything! This doesn't touch any vendors or leveled lists. There are no world space edits in the plugin file itself. Any new object placement is done via Base Object Swapper for maximum compatibility and utilizes nearby clutter (baskets, barrels, etc.) that no one should miss. And if needed, there is an option to just use the existing Tanning Rack instead if paranoid about compatibility issues. New unenchanted versions of clothing are copies and do not edit the original record. Works seamlessly with any texture replacers (like RUSTIC CLOTHING). Only a minimum number of added meshes, so should also work just as well with mesh/body replacers.
