Inspired by the version Lord_Mithro made for the non-buildable  version ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/104040 ), I decided to apply some of his fixes to the Buildable version.

What was changed:

-defaultActivateLinkedChest "Chest" [ACTI:000EF53D] record removed, needless dirty edit

-Removed some random files that weren't skyrim related

-Used LordMithro's partitioned floor meshes so there will be less light flickering both in the main Estate and in the Basement

-Edited the Basement pool so there aren't any graphical issues

-Removed the cheat chests (if you want to add gold or materials, just use console commands)

-Replaced some of the textures with more optimized versions

- Forwarded water changes from update.esm

-Buy Sign script now fades to black and passes time for immersion. on new games, it will now properly show a message if you don't have enough gold to buy the estate.

Installation:
-No need for the original mod.
-It should work on existing saves with the original as long as you overwrite everything with this mod

Original patches should still work since the esp name was not changed.

As of Fall 2016, I've no longer had the time to create new mods or offer my support for existing ones, I want to think everyone for your support and encouragement over the years! The modding community has my full permission for any updates on my existing mods as long as credit is given for the original work. I may return to modding sometime in the future but as of now it simply isn't possible.Thank you again for your support!
