Simply adds keyword conditions to all specific Imperial dialogue that says citizen
Current Dialogue Covered:
"Citizen. I'm warning you. Your presence is interfering with Imperial business. Be gone!"
"This is none of your concern, citizen."
"Not sure you belong here, citizen."
"Step aside, citizen."
"Citizen."
Now they won't say citizen to you if you're wearing any Armor. Only if you're wearing clothingbody or nude
Now they will only say:
"Imperial business, be on your way"
"Move along" etc
PS: It doesn't matter if you're imperial or stormcloak, just wear armor and they won't say that to you
