Replace the ugly Ragged Beggar Robe by the CC outfit fishing.

This mod replaces almost all vanilla NPCs wearing this outfit with the fishing outfit.
I made this mod for myself because I can't find any clothes to replace the Ragged Robe.
Only clothes and boots. No hat.
It also adds the outfit to some NPCS added by the mods I have. If you don't have these mods, this won't be a problem, don't worry.
I'm using SPID version 6.8.2. Spid creator decided to remove the outfit auto equip feature after this update. So if you're on the new update you may need to cast a reset inventory.
