A small patch that fixes loading of the faction file and enables compatibility with honed metal

Skyrim Currency System SE is a great mod, but there were two things that annoyed me:
- Faction file was not loading with default installation folder hierarchy setup, and during loading of the game or starting this would give you notification error, also faction feature would not work because of this
- Due to how Honed Metal handle inventory, it first call Dialogue Menu, and then Barter menu. If you have both option ticked in Skyrim Currency System MCM menu ie. dialogue and barter menu, due to a small code oversight, it won't work when these two are invoked after each other. With my small fix, now the currency will be properly converted when you enter the barter menu in which you have to receive/pay for your order, like when you order something to be tempered.
Installation:
-install it with vortex/mo2 and load after/put below Skyrim Currency System SE on left pane
-In MCM of SCS both dialog and barter options must be ticked
