About this mod
Adds a fully voiced merchant to the docks near Solitude. He is able to order large shipments of crafting materials, but must you must wait until they arrive.

Description
Peter De'Valeur is a fully-voiced, custom merchant. You can find him at the East Empire Company Docks (Where you find Vittoria Vici.) You can order anything marked as a crafting material/ingredient, and he will have your order after 3 days.
Requirments
Skyrim SE or AE
SKSE64 2.0.20 or above
Conflicts
May conflict with mods that modify the area around the solitude docks.
Known Issues
If you sell item's back after picking them up, the profited gold will be removed from the player. If you close the barter menu you will receive the items back, if you do it again, you will continue to loose gold.
Not compatible with existing save games.
