Juliet, was an only child was born to a noble family, owning a few plots of land and dozens of workers. 
She grew up spending time mostly with herself, reading books and entertaining herself in whatever way possible,
in the heart of Solitude city, whilst watching her parents drink and eat themselves to sleep every night.
She was physically attractive, whilst both craving and dreading physical closeness. 
She ran away at 15 years of age, taking the carriage from Solitude to Whiterun.
She got a job serving drinks at The Drunken Huntsman.
Less than a year later, she thought she had found the love of her life.
Nearly 6 months together, her boyfriend left her, leaving Juliet's heart in pieces, with many tear filled cold nights.
After pain reached a certain threshold, without her knowledge or how, she instinctively started healing herself.
It was a warm-fuzzy feeling, clearing the noise in her head and leaving her with a smile.
She didn't know how this was possible, but has since started sharing her gifts in Kynareth's Temple.
Helping the wounded soldiers, the elderly, and the sick, filled her with life and satisfaction. 

She created the blue wrap around dress herself, from fabric found in the temple's storage unit.
She was a lot more loose, free in energy, rooted to her true self, as compared to regular clothes.

Maybe she will get an opportunity to do a healing treatment on the famous Dragonborn?
