Just a sllightly fancier retexture of Fallven's nifty "Unique Festival Ropes" (required)

So, I love Spaghetti's overhauls, but just could not suffer those low-res festival flag textures anymore, so I looked on the Nexus and Fallven did a pretty good job at making them more lovely and unique to each hold, but I felt that it could be done a little better..
So, I did as best as I could and retextured his retextures in 2k x 4k resolution graphics. They are now much smoother on the edges and feature little grommets to help weigh them down... a superfluous detail, but it was fun, so I went ham.... if you actually open up the pics, you can see how much... anyways. Enjoy!
EDIT: Minor Update in version 1.1 to add normal mapping and specular masks, so that the pennants have more texture and are less shiny.
Sorry the textures are so large, but there is a huge hold banner that is AFAIK not used and I couldn't make the textures smaller without actually editing the models' UV maps, which I don't really have the time or inclination to pull off for such a little detail. I went wayyy above and beyond and made new, high-res banners in each of these images, just in case they either are used and I missed them, or someone decides to utilize them in the future... ;)
