About this mod
This is a patch to make JKs Whiterun outskirts, Ryn's Whiterun city limits, and Cannabis Skyrim work together. This also expands the your highness site into a cannabis production hub.
Some minor inconsistences between JK and Ryn have also been fixed.

Load order
This patch should load after anything that edits Whiterun exterior landscape and before synthesis/Dyndolod. The mods and listed patches below are the only mods needed and patches needed for jk/ryn/Cannabis (Cannabis Whiterun)

A. Cannabis Whiterun esp is not loaded far down enough in your load order.
