About this mod

Skyrim has a problem with crashing periodically due to Harrald (the Jarl's son in Riften) riding his horse into a keep wall. This fixes that.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Harrald, son of the Jarl in Riften, trains in the Mistveill Keep courtyard daily. Unfortunately for both us (and given his attitude, his horse, too) this includes the use of mounted combat in the confines of the tiny courtyard. 

The result of this: Harrald often crashes his horse into the keep walls. Which results in pathing errors, and subsequently crashes your game. And mine game. And everyone's game.

This mod fixes this.

The fix
==========

Rather than change Harrald (or his poor, undeserving horse, since both are modified by several mods already), this mod changes the AI Package responsible for Harrald's training. Instead of letting the miserable little retch torture his horse and the game's path finding system for 7 in game hours daily, the altered AI Package now confines Harrald to the keep, where he simply sandboxes around. This means that, should you ever feel the need to retrieve the brat's sword from the local blacksmith, you can still find him...just not outside, crashing your game.

Just to be absolutely clear: This mod makes NO changes to Harrald, his horse, Mistveil Keep or anything else. The ONLY thing changed by this mod is the AI package used by Harrald (and only by him) to train from 12pm to 7pm daily in the MIstveil Keep Courtyard.

Install the mod as you would any other. Not going to dive into those instructions here, you've all been there and done that by now.

Potential Incompatibilities
=====================

I cannot imagine the mod that is incompatible with this one. This mod changes only a single AI PAckage, and that package is used by only 1 actor in the entire game, to perform a completely inconsequential action on a daily basis. That said, if a mod moves or deletes the Mistveil Keep marker inside the Keep, this mod will likely crash your game...not that it matters, because the mod responsible for deleting a marker like that is already crashing your game anyway.

If someone assigns the same 12x7 training AI package currently used only by Harrald to other actors, well, the interior of Mistveil Keep is going to become very crowded with this fix in place. But least none of the actors stuffing themselves inside will crash a horse into a wall and take out your game!
