Just enhanced brightness, much less desaturated and blurred, like it was in TES III. Flagged as ESL.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Corrected the messed up conditions for the ring recipes of vesion 1.0
Lets you choose between 4 new nighteye effects of different intensity, while keeping the beautiful (cough) vanilla effect (or whatever you use as replacer) unchanged.
Cast lesser power once - spell is on. Cast lesser power second time - spell is off.
Rings craftable at any forge, spellbooks at any tanning rack (they'd burn at he forge).
Warning!! Do never use more than one spell/ring at the same time. The effects may stack and get stuck - like any nighteye magic effect with multiple instances!
They are set to dispel each other, but if you are to hasty the game sometimes "just works". If it happens to you: DON'T PANIC! Just dispel the effects and -slowly- use one ring after the other until you are back to normal. Worked for me every time when testing these.
