Patches Northern Bathhouses with the Capital Whiterun Expansion and Capital Windhelm Expansion mods. Individual plugins, ESL flagged.
In Windhelm, the bathhouse has been moved as CWE opened the wall that it was placed onto, so it's been moved against the new wall in a wide alley.
In Whiterun, the bathhouse has not moved, but the house placed there by CWE was moved next to the blacksmith instead.
