Patches and Repository for my up coming modlist, still in early development

All my Patches get cleaned SSEEdit and Masters Cleaned if possible.

General Thoughts is to be very optimized for Maximum FPS thrills, starting with 2K textures for most things, ill 4K up on some things once i have all my effects in and see what the hit is on FPS. 
I'm using Weather is Sacred ENB - WISE. Which allows me to work without interference on to many ENB effects. stays close to vanilla.  
Towns and cities will have additions added to them but nothing that tanks fps. 
Two weathers mods working in combo to create a somber tone, natural tones and nothing to bright. lots of mists and fog effects for exteriors.
Requiem - The Roleplaying Overhaul will take front and center on overhauling the mechanics, followed by
Requiem for a Knave - Gameplay Tweaks and Patch Collection for Requiem, which will added in the adjustments i like.
