YES! This mod functions, YES! this mod does was it claims and casts down all goats within a radius of the Dragonborn any time they loose their mighty shouts in their presence. And with a mighty bleat and a rigid stature all goats in your presence will... fall flat on their asses for a time unable to move, frozen stiff by the magnificence of your power.
