Dear Groot, nice mod!! But as already reported, your NPCs all have the black face bug. But not despair! It is easily solved.
In order to resolve the issue one needs to "export the facegen data" and install it. Exporting the facegen is a quick and simple process in the Creation Kit, and I already did the work for you. I send you a private message now together with the .zip file.
Impatient users can do it themselves, just google a bit for "black face bug". There are a ton of short and long YT videos. Basically (best practice) install the WG mod as the only mod in a vanilla setup (I use a separate MO2 profile for that), run the CK, load the mod as the "active" file and find the 26 NPC's from the mod, select them all and press CTRL-F4 (there is no mouse option available), confirm the prompt. When finished (takes under 10 seconds on my PC) just exit the CK and done! The CK has now generated 2 folders with meshes and textures for the mod NPC's which (best practice) you have to merge into the WG mod already installed (or install separately as a new mod right below the WG main mod). And that's it, NPCs will have normal faces now. This video is quite short and to the point. Here is a sample pic with the facegen installed:
This is really a great tavern mod. A great feel, not overdone and too fancy like some others. Love the gritty inn feeling. My only real issue is it badly needs a lux patch.
Many thanks for this, be watching what else you do!
