It's always been a bit annoying when a follower quest starts up when you load a new game. This collection of mods disables the startup on game load flag on the quests and provides an alternate trigger for the main quest.
The Thalmor's Shadow - Taliesin (Custom Voiced Follower) -> A new note is added to the Sleeping Giant Inn titled "Thalmor Warning" to trigger the quest.
