Install:  patch only, it has the esp and two scripts that were changed.  First install CGO and then install this patch, overwriting files with this patch.  In Mod Organizer it is called "Merging".
And of course install Spell Perk Item Distributor

What is it?

Removes the more resource and stress draining area magic effect that gives all npcs in combat a special spell used for mod mechanics and replaces it with a SPID provided spell, no area effect distribution needed.  A lot less stress on the game.

More info:  I was getting lots of spinning enemies that when in combat would spin on a static axis including in and out of the ground.  Sometimes stayed inside the gound.  CGO and the 360 mod are known to cause that.

So I wanted to lighten the load caused by CGO to minimize or get rid of issue.  Thus the implementation of Spell Perk Item Distributor.  But I also made the time between OnUpdate events in the mod scripts a little longer to give scripts time to catch up.

If you are getting the same problem, ALSO turn down to 0.0 the leaning feature in both CGO and the 360 mod.  Kiss of death for fome users, causes the issue described.

I was getting it almost constant.   Now its rare.

Technical notes:  

The SPID ini file covers the following races:

Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Breton
Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Elf
Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Argonian
Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Imperial
Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Redguard
Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Nord
Spell = DSerCGONPC|*Vampire

If you want to add another race so it has the CGO features and abilities, just add a new line and follow the syntax.

You can also remove any race you feel should not have it.

Finally, you can set odds on wether or not a percentage of race gets the abilites, from 1 to 100 percent.  

You can mix and match, making elfs have it 90 percent of time, but Breton only 65 percent of the time.  Etc etc.

The syntax for that is in the SPID page but looks something like:

on the spell record you will need to add several placeholder NONE to get to the chance option.

Spell = flee_spell|*Bearlnone|none|none|none|70

gives 70 percent chance
