This mod fixes a bug, where characters stutter when starting to run or when changing movement type, WHILE being on sloped ground (hill).

What this mod does
This mod disables a feature that is apparent in Skyrim SE/AE (But not in LE) that was probably supposed to let characters have their feet aligned to the ground when standing on stairs or similar terrain. Unfortunately this is very buggy and thus created the slope stutter. By disabling this, the movement for PC and NPCs on slopes is much smoother.
Known drawback:
PC and NPC can't place their feet fully alligned to stairs and similar terrain, while standing vertical to the stairs:
There might still be other unknown issues with this mod, so use at your own risk.
Installation instructions
For Mod Organizer 2 Users:
1. Download and unzip the mod in the files section, and open the textdocument inside.
2. Inside MO2 click on the tools icon (puzzle icon), in the toolbar at the top, and select "INI Editor".
3. Copy and paste the lines of the textdocument into your Skyrim.ini file, above the other text and click on save.
For not MO2 Users:
1. Download and unzip the mod in the files section, and open the textdocument inside.
2. Copy and paste the lines of the textdocument into your Skyrim.ini file, above the other text (usually located at C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition) and save it.
Note: If you already have a line in your ini that is called "[Animation]" then place the content of the downloaded txt file under it, apart from the "[Animation]".
