Markarth Side, featured in TES Arena. Located south east of Dragon Bridge. Markarth Side features 8 shops, custom NPCs, a barracks, and a player home that you furnish through a menu system. The player home features all crafting stations, a garden, room for 2 kids, a wife, and a follower.

Install normally with your mod manager or manually place in your games data folder (not recommended)
Compatibility:
Not compatible with mods that place a town here (I didn't find any mods that place anything here other than tree/flora mods and they didn't conflict).
