If you cant mount or it wont move, just go through a load door, or trying to turn for like 2 seconds tends to work for me
Sometimes the 0 Degree turning radius just like.. stops... i got it to work again by quitting to desktop and reloading the game
Small side effect of every cow in game has the 0 Degree turning radius as well, but you will probably never notice it.

Sorry I apparently forgot to add the skeleton nif even though i added the folder structure... too much mead...
Added a summon spell found next to the Kart.
A nice little bonus about the summon spell, if the turning radius is vanilla again, just change cells and summon, it worked for me at least :shrug:
