Applies Metallurgy visuals to materials in other mods. Also fixes collision on the ingots.

Metallurgy is my preferred replacer for ores & ingots. This replaces assets for mod-added materials with edited Metallurgy assets.
Also includes a fix for the slightly-too-big collision on the ingots.

All optional files include the fixed collision. New textures are 2048x2048, saved with BC7 compression, and have mipmaps generated.
