I learned Creation Kit just to make this because I didn't see anyone else do it. I also figured that it would be a good first introduction to learning the Creation Kit for my own nefarious ends.

Should (If I did this right) put a ring in the game that gives 200% magic resistance. You will probably need to spawn it in and so it's ID is "RingOfLARP" without quotes.
