Felt disappointed that CC Goblins mod didn't let the player get the Spear of Bitter Mercy for themselves, decided to change that
Playable version has a unique enchantment based off of Morrowind version of the Spear.

Get the true Spear of Bitter Mercy off the Blue God's corpse.
Does 20 shock damage. Has about 100 charges.
Equipping the Spear grants player the ability to summon Storm Atronachs at will (for 30 seconds), as well as 30% chance to absorb an incoming spell, negating its effects and replenishing magicka. Unequipping the spear removes those abilities. The summon ability is a lesser power rather than a spell, because normally it is impossible to cast a spell with a two-handed weapon equipped.
Cannot be disenchanted. Can be tempered (requirements are the same as any other enchanted daedric weapon).
Animated Armoury version is identical to Daedric Pike (as in base stats and animations).
Vanilla version is identical to Daedric Greatsword (base stats and animations).
