I think that the coolest shout is the frozen form, but its disadvantage in the vanilla version is that this shout has a very long-lasting effect and therefore it is an imba in the bad sense of the word, because even at the first word with this shout, almost all the dangers in the game end for you (( Of course, there are still dragons and other creatures that are not affected by this shout, but all rogues, high rin draurgs and other enemies will simply fall to the ground until you summon them all one by one. This mod aims to change this and make the fights more acceptable and more interesting.
The mod reduces the duration of the shout like this. that shouting gives the advantage of eliminating enemies for a couple of seconds, but does not give full control over the course of the battle.
