BETA 1.7 is here: It is hard required to install the two plug-ins added to the "Requirements Page".
Added: 1.Replace the color palette with a new and better one for a new shade of green (HSLSHIFT.FX). 2.Try another "Nearsighted" rendering and enjoy the fine textures in your near distance! Also still slightly blurred at long range (CAS.FX+TiliShift.fx).
Removed: 1.The old color palette (lightroom.fx)
Future plans: 1.Improve the visual effect on sunny days
Also note that the version of cabbage enb I'm using may be a bit newer than yours and is an internal test version, so the results may differ from my screenshots.
Edit:1.7.1Enable the Maximum HDR color mode, which will allow the sky to be colored correctly.
Im not sure why but for some Reason the colors are really washed out for me and I have two bars at the bottom of my screen. I have cabbage ENB, reshade effect toggle and reshade helper installed. Help would be appreciated.
I haven't played in a while and I'm not sure if it's still adapted to the updated Cabbage ENB, I'll get into the game and test it out! —— I updated the latest version of Cabbage ENB and tested it and everything works fine, I wanted to ask if the Bars you are talking about are black? That one is ENB's lettebox, turn it off in the GUI
Thx a lot for answering. Fortunately a full reinstall of skyrim and plugins fixed the problem and now the preset works as intended. I wanted to send screenshots but I can't recreate the issue. It definitely wasn't the letterbox. Both bars were at the bottom and kinda ressembled the sprint bar. One of them was black and the other one was purple as far as I can remember. It probably was just a faulty install. Anyways thx for the preset it looks really nice
This looks pretty neat. It tamps down on the oolor, brightness, and vibrancy a little bit, but sticks to the overall Cabbage ENB aesthetic. It makes the rainy days really gloomy, which I like, because I thought they tended to be too bright in Cabbage by default. Nights get pretty dark if you use the ENB presets darker options, but it's pretty reasonable on the default level.
Thanks for the comment and sharing the picture, I also like the realism of your forest with this Reshade😚. The night aspect is true, I don't know how Reshade can be set to avoid the night alone, so those enb's that are already dark at night may need torches or quick light mods such as rudy obsidian, or simply night time to temporarily turn off the Reshade. I notice the nights are a touch brighter. Uploaded a few more screenshots. Nice work. I might upload a video some time, but I'm not great at making them lol
It's quite tricky finding that balance. I understand what you mean by the green color. I uploaded a couple pics comparing 1.6 and 1.5, should you want to add them. Anyway, good luck with further development.
Thank you for your timely experience and suggestions. I added the pictures you uploaded, but the server of Nexus may be a little delayed. I will refresh it several times and check it. (from translation) Edit:Your picture can really see the difference in green between the two versions. I will readjust it when version 1.6.1. Thanks again.
To be honest, I predict that this preset will have a poor effect on SC. The main effects of this preset are to increase light and shadow and suppress bright green, which seems to contradict the already soft picture of SC. Maybe I will switch to SC when the SC is better in the future. (from translation) In addition, you can also try it yourself for SC and combine it with vanilla HDR.
Would it be possible to make only the far away things blurry? And stuff closest to you crisp and clear? Maybe a gradual transition into blurryness, if that was possible. But I don't yet know the technicalities behing these ENB's, so I have no idea if it's feasible. Would love it, though.
There is an alternate solution using Skyrim Upscaler - DLSS FSR2 XeSS at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)'s version of DLAA (the free version can be used with DLAA when ENB is supported), and today he just updated it to support the 1170 version, and I briefly tested it, and DLAA mitigates the near ones, smoothes the edges, and It just can't do it to make the edges sharp, all this assumes an RTX card, as for AMD cards the FSR2 version might work too. Also I will explore other ways to do this as you say.
Have uploaded a version of BETA 1.1 with slightly controlled close-up sharpening, looking forward to your attempts, but to no avail I can't find a better way to do it, I asked GPT, who replied that I have the Masking Plugin that gives the ability to make CAS.FX generate only localized areas, but I don't know where to find it.
Thanks, will try when my pc re-install is done and I can mod Skyrim again. I was only basing my question on your screenshots, and particularly when you speak to other NPC's the blurryness would perhaps be a nuisance. Thanks for the 2nd upload.

What version are you using?
1)
Which version of Cabbage ENB I need if I playing with Window Shadows RT + Luminous?
Lux or ELFX from main archive?
2)
Does I need enseries files with overwriting from NAT lll or I just need a esp file?
3)
I need to do next Installation steps or another?
1) NAT lll
2) Silent Horizons (with overwrite)
3) Cabbage ENB (with overwrite)
