No ESP solution to clipping hairstyles when you're playing as elven races with Charmers of the Reach (CotR).

I was intending to release some CotR presets and including this quick patch as an optional file, but then decided it'd be better as its own separate thing.
So if you've used Charmers of the Reach as an elven race you'll quickly notice that most elven hairstyles don't fit their scalp, like at all. This is because CotR elven races have the same skull shape as human races (the only difference being their ears), whereas vanilla elven races have slimmer, more elongated skull. Other patches fix/workaround this bug by manually editing every single hairstyle records from using HeadpartsHumansandVampires to HeadpartsAllRacesMinusBeast formlist. So tedious and conflict-prone! Mine work by simply adding CotR elven races to such formlists dynamically, using the almighty Formlist Manipulator. No ESP yay.
Formlists edited: HeadpartsHumansandVampires, HeadpartsHuman, HeadpartsHumanoidVampire, HeadpartsHumanVampires, HeadpartsHumansOrcsandVampires
