Adds a few nerfs to Summermyst by EnaiSiaion. Updated for Summermyst 4.0.5.

Enchantments are now exclusively influenced by the enchantment skill, eliminating the benefit skill bonuses. These bonuses only penalise players who don't want to put points into magic skills. Whether your destruction skill is 0 or 100, a fire enchantment will be have the same enchantment.
75% Reduction Cap
Cost reduction enchantments cannot exceed 75%, so no more unlimited spell casting.
Fortify Smithing and Fortify Alchemy Removed
Fortify Smithing and Fortify Alchemy enchantments have been removed from leveled lists. To ensure you never find them, their base effects are replaced with a simple Resist Disease and Waterbreathing.
Paralysis Adjustment
Paralysis now has a reduced 10% chance to occur and will apply for a much shorter duration.
Unique Artifact Adjustments
Silverblood Ring, Muiri's Ring, Ring of Pure Mixtures, and the Forgemaster Fingers no longer provide Smithing or Alchemy enchantments.
Fear Duration
Fear enchantments now last for a more reasonable 15 seconds.
Siphon Spells Nerfed
Siphon health, Magicka, and Stamina ave been nerfed as they were previously very overpowered.
Emit Light Restrictions
There are now fewer restrictions on where light enchantments can be placed - making them more useful.
