ENB Effects and Values Explanation (WIP)

The following is a commented and arranged version of the enbseries.ini file. The displayed values are ENBs stock values as they come when the file is generated automatically. My motivation to write this article stems from the abysmal lack of any useful information on how the different ENB effects are working. That said please take anything i write here with a grain of Salt. It is all purely based on my experiences i made working on "Kauz ENB" and therefore a lot of explanations are simply an assumption. If you see anything that is wrong please inform me in a adequate way so that i can correct the article.
