Fixes the heat shimmer effect (air wavering over hot areas) for lava and some other things when using ENB.

Restores the hot air shimmering effect over lava and some other things.
Since March 2023 these effects haven't been working with ENB, because of some different fixes that are implemented by ENB.
So, I made the fix to make these effects working, with or without ENB.
Just a mesh replacer, no plugin to take place in load order.
