Allows Argonians to wear Jewelry Collection by SiRiUs1503 items.

Quick fix of Jewelry Collection by SiRiUs1503 allowing the jewelry to be worn by Argonians.
I added a few lines to the plugin with XEdit and nothing else. Quick and simple.
This is just the modified .ESP file (flagged as .ESL) so the original mod is required.
Installation:
- Install Jewelry Collection per it's instructions.
- Download this mod with your favorite mod manager
- This should overwrite Jewelry Collection
Note:
This is based on V1.1.1 of Jewelry Collection, if you are using this mod you do not need to download the 1.1.1 HOTFIX update on the original mod's page.
If Jewelry Collection updates please let me know and I will either forward these fixes or remove this file.
