Fixed the descriptions of the Dragon Aspect patch. Make sure you aren't using a old version of the Dragon Aspect Patch if you update.

-It should now work on the latest version of AE. I can't test this as I use version 1.597 so let me know if it works on your end. - Draconic limbs was changed to Draconic Legs - A new perk Draconic Arms was added -Inner Fire, Frost, Shock and Force were given a second rank. - Dragonic form was given a second and third rank.

Included the configuration file I forgot to include in version 1. Fixed a few typos. Changed Dragonic form so the increase in critical hit damage is more substantial. I also updated the Dragon Aspect Patch to work with this version. Please use the new patch not the old one.
