Just for your information, after upgrading to the Mk2 version of Carlotta, as soon as I walk too close to her her face explodes at me in a kaleidoscope of dancing flesh colored triangles. I have reverted to the 2.0 version which works perfectly as near as I can tell; as do the half-dozen other high poly heads I use that you created. I see that you are "retired", but perhaps this will be of interest again some day.
I got everything High poly now, but some NPC hit different, I can't forget Carlotta, Berlina and some others from Bijin, and they weren't High Poly. We need a full repack standalone (I can install only 14 mods before to reach "FE" of death XD)
Bijin was an excellent artist. I think he was relying on ECE for his work which made his NPCs look unique. But converting them to high poly head I don't know if it really add something to the game. Vanilla heads have enough polygons so that extreme details will no play much in the look. Add to this HPH has also his downside particularly with respect to compatibility with hair mods. Recently I tweaked the heads of Ingun and Olfina using Low Poly vanilla and racemenu makeup. The result was great and was in line with the lore of the game.
