This mod basically removes the glowing effect from the frost spell impacts because ice doesn't shine in the dark last time I checked.

I simply added a blank glowmap to the frost impacts so they won't glow in the dark. Compatible with everything that i know inculuding the Deadly Spell Impacts mod
