About this mod

riseskimo's Race Attack Data Inconsistencies Fix fixes some attack data inconsistencies for the playable races, most notably the Breton bug which prevents them from staggering targets with dual wield power attacks. This alternate version makes those changes compatible for EnaiSiaion's Imperious - Races of Skyrim.

riseskimo's Race Attack Data Inconsistencies Fix (RADIF) makes a number of small-but-noticeable changes to the race records for Bretons, Imperials, Dark Elves, and Wood Elves. However, because of the "rule of one" concerning ESP plugins, those small changes can only be made by duplicating the entirety of the affected RACE records, which makes it incompatible with other mods affecting races, including EnaiSiaion's classic Imperious - Races of Skyrim. If you try to run both mods in the same load order, you will either have Imperious overriding all the changes riseskimo makes back to their vanilla values (since EnaiSiaion doesn't touch the affected subrecords), or have RADIF completely undo everything in EnaiSiaion's mod, depending on which of the two plugins loads last. Even traditional conflict resolution tools like Wrye Bash's bashed patches can't address this, as Bash doesn't cover ATKD subrecords.

This mod, then, is simply a recreation of riseskimo's changes as a patch for Imperious. It completely replaces the original RADIF (but go and download and endorse that mod anyway, because this couldn't exist without it).

Here is the original description from the RADIF mod page:
This mod fixes some attack data inconsistencies for the playable races. I found the Breton issue on the UESP page and tried to find the source
for it, and fixed that and some other inconsistencies as well.

Breton

attackPowerStartDualWield
-> Stagger value from 0 to 1

This fixes Breton's being unable to stagger targets with dual wield power attacks.

Dark Elf (and Dark Elf Vampire)

attackStart
-> Strike Angle value from 35 to 50

Imperial

attackPowerStartRight
-> Attack chance value from 0.5 to 0.2

Wood Elf (and Wood Elf Vampire)

attackPowerStartForwardLeftHand
-> Stagger value from 0.5 to 1

attackPowerStart_SprintLeftHand
-> Stagger value from 0 to 1

attackPowerStartInPlace
-> Atack chance from 0.5 to 0.2

I tested the fix by changing my Nord character to a Breton via
showracemenu. Before I was unable to stagger any targets, now with the
mod installed it works as expected.

Happy staggering.
