Peter was given such a shield, along with his sword Rhindon, from Father Christmas.
How to get it You can craft it in the forge, you only need the following materials:
-x2 Leather Strips -x1 Gold Ingot -x3 Steel Ingot
or you can simply put the command "help Peter" and it will give you the id of the shield with which you can obtain it with the command "player.additem (Shield's id) 1"
Important!! You need to have Steel Smithing, then u can craft it in the forge in daedric section
