Starsight Pulse Speed Patch v1.0 - 3 Pulse Options
Starsight's default pulse is 8 second, i've added 3 more options in a FOMOD installer for those who want faster pulse times and slightly adjusted the glow strength.
I might add more speeds or brighter/darker glows depending on peoples preferences.
Option 1: 2 Second pulse
Option 2: 4 Second pulse
Option 3: 6 Second pulse
