Effectively removes a bunch of collision boxes placed weirdly around the fallen log in the whiterun stream.

It took way too long to figure out how to do this, but here is a patch that "effectively" removes the collision boxes around the fallen log outside whiterun in the run-off stream. I set their dimensions to 0,0,0 - seemed easier and faster than trying to make a patch that deletes them since I was doing this in xedit (CK was freezing when viewing the cell)
