I really like wizkid34-s Skyrim is Cold mod that adds appropriate warm outfits to NPCs in cold regions, however it also distributed full Skaal outfit sets to some miners, carriage drivers etc. I like to keep Skaal unique, so I don't want anyone else wearing their outfits so I edited WizKiDs DISTR ini to distribute different warm fur clothing to these NPCs instead of Skaal armor.

Requirements:
Skyrim is Cold (assets and .esp is still needed)
Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID)

Installation:
Select either Ferryman or no Ferryman option
Overwrite WizKid's DISTR ini with mine.
