I ran into a problem with Erandur getting the gray face glitch. It looks like True Skyrim is overwriting the character and causing it. Unfortunately, I have to load that low in the load order. I tried installing the modular but there were so many esps that it didn't seem worth it.
Does anyone know a way around this or if those files can be merged or changed to esls safely?
hi! how can I uninstall this mod manually? which folders should I delete? I have transported my whole game folder to a new computer and because of this, I can't see the installed mods in the mod manager.
How to use SSEdit to completely remove a character with the full version? I deleted the Non Player Actor entry for the NPCs I'm not interested in editing, but it didn't seem to fully remove the effects. As for why I'm not using the modular version, I use LotDB which has a patch for this mod, and my game really doesn't like it when I remove esps mid save.
Which NPCs are you trying to remove? You will need to remove facegen files of those NPCs from the provided mesh and texture folders as well as their records in SSEdit.
You can locate and delete the facegen files of the NPCs you wish to remove by using their Base Form IDs. Before doing so, it's a good idea to make a backup of your original files in case you accidentally delete unrelated files.
The facegen meshes can be found in the following directory: meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\skyrim.esm
The textures can be found in the following: textures\actors\character\facegendata\facetint\skyrim.esm
I will link the UESP page bellow which lists Base IDs of all NPCs in Skyrim. UESP - Skyrim:People For instance, when you go to General Tullius' page his BaseID is listed as 0001327E. Find the files named "0001327E" in the above folders and simply remove them.
Be careful that some of the NPCs may have more than 1 facegen files, as multiple versions of them are used in the game. Also make sure the same NPCs have been removed from the esp file by using SSEdit.
That is just about the most detailed instruction I can give you with the information provided. ;)
Hello there! I've always loved this mod on pc and would love to be able to port it to xbox with your permission! Full credit will go to you and everyone you credited as well! I would take all responsibility for any issues/bugs/etc. from the xbox port along with handling any compatibility problems.
I reinstall and remove Ralof via modular but he still remains. I installed another mod that changes Ralof but unfortunately it doesnt work. Do I have to play new game or what? Besides this mod is a good job!
This mod somehow severed Belethor's connection to his merchant container. I can still access the dialogue to trade but when the trade interface opens, his inventory is blank and I cant sell anything to him.
I've uninstalled every mod except this one and am able to replicate the bug in new games, so it must be this one somehow...

I'm using EasyNPC tool, which reports that Men of Winter makes edits to DLC2MiraakMQ06 'Miraak' that require a FaceGen file, but it was not found in any of the Mods.
Supposedly, this will result in a black face bug when Miraak ultimately appears. Won't this be present even if this plugin is at end of load order? I'm curious if a patch is needed.
Any help/advice is appreciated.
Edit: Never mind - I see that there's a second download file that should take care of this! On the plus side, using EasyNPC saved me a ton of frustration down the road because it pointed me to this mod as a place to look for a solution.
Hey, I have the Problem that Runil is invisible... when I deactivate the plugin or delete his entry from the esp, he's back there... i checked SSEEdit for potential conflicts, but there is nor other esp altering Runil... any workaround for that, especially since I dont know how many more actors will have the same issue...
HOLY CRAP. You two guys just helped me to solve my issue with three invisible people in Riften. Thanks very much! Yes, I also had the wrong version of Faster FSMP, and when I used the correct one, the people stopped being invisible! This has been going on for a month!

TL;DR
Just put my mod bellow whatever mods overwriting it and you should be good.
Before doing so, it's a good idea to make a backup of your original files in case you accidentally delete unrelated files.
