I noticed the active effects from the mod, but the spell itself is still showing the vanilla values on the description. Is it actually suppose to be this way ?
Hmmm, it might have conflict in the load order, I test all my mods and it was working on my end, check if you have any conflicting mods or move it in your load order.
It took some testing and I had to make all the effects, but it wasn't too hard to do and implement, just made a new "spell" that is tagged as a racial ability and applied it to the games playable races. The "spell" includes a power multiplyer for each spell school and thats how I got it to work universally for any spell.
