Skypatch for my favorite imperial legion armors replacers. Made the original plugin ESPFE and made .ini files for Skypatcher, making it compatible with pretty much everything unless a SPID mod overwites it.

- Removed every instance touching leveled lists, NPCs and Outfit records, they are now "SkyPatched"
- The same for JS Imperial Centurion armor, its plugin is optional, but the changes are Skypatched and totally optional.
