Have you ever run into a situation where something didn't work like you wanted and you fixed it? Me neither... Until now!
This patch stops the original mod from overwriting a few important outfits and leveled lists and distributes these things with Skypatcher instead, which means, even if you have a dozen mods that modify Farengar's character record he'll still get the hat.
Also I switched it so that most of the distributed hats are the circlet version instead so they even get to keep their hair. Hurray!

Installation:
- Make sure you have Skypatcher and its prerequisites installed.
- Install Wizard Hats, either the full version, or just the resources (haven't tested that, but should work)
- Install this with your favorite Mod Manager
- Enjoy
