In vanilla, Harkon's Sword just looks like a rusty version of the Blades' Sword, and its enchantment offers very little advantage. It only works if you're a vampire, which is fine, but then the enchantment has only low-level effects, and to make it even worse the sword had a base damage of 8, the same as a steel sword. Harkon is one of the most powerful vampires in Elder Scrolls lore, and yet his unique sword was basically a rusted piece of scrap metal.
Visuals:
With this mod, Harkon's sword now looks far brighter red, and has a visual effect on its enchantment that genuinely seems like a vampiric lord would be wielding it.
Specifically, the sword emits a bright red glow and spawns a swarm of vampiric bats that fly around the wielder. Those bats also attack when the weapon hits an enemy.

Stats:
The sword itself now has a base damage of 14 (the same as a Daedric Sword) instead of 8, and its enchantment now absorbs 30 health, magicka and stamina instead of the vanilla 15. It is now comparable to the higher-level items in the game.
This mod is flagged as ESL so it won't take up a slot in your load order.
